Goals and Fitment
This stage marks the ‘digital’ beginnings of the customer relationship with the initial assessment and identification of high-level business goals. We also identify the right assessment methodology for implementation. This is typically a high-level 2-hour initial conversation.
A. Innovation Workshop
We conduct 2-week innovation workshops to ideate new, foundational approaches for business transformation. Our Innovation Cell brings together a rich mix of creative and technical capabilities—from digital strategies, user research, and UX design to technical architecture, marketing, and DevOps.
B. Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA)
For businesses that have already begun their digital journey, we propose a 2-week Digital Maturity Assessment to evaluate the existing digital frameworks for enabling customer experience and operational excellence in an organization.
Either approach—Innovation Workshop or DMA—typically takes around 2 weeks. These approaches help us build a strategic roadmap with a clear actionable plan.
Agile Execution
This is the actual execution phase of the digital journey as determined from the consulting phases. In this stage, we implement our ready-to-deploy solutions in an agile manner through a 2-month program.
